solaria 0a5c03e6de fix: Import errors in __init__.py ...

Fixed import statements to only import modules that exist:
- Removed non-existent Phase import
- Removed sync/memory imports (not yet implemented)

Tested on Mac mini (100.82.185.34):
- KAIROSTemporalEngine: coherence=0.578 ✓
- PhaseHistory: angle=0.000 ✓
- CoherenceCalculator: value=0.500 ✓
- CollapseCondition: below=False ✓
- MasterTransducer: coherence=1.000 ✓
- EmissaryTransducer: coherence=1.000 ✓

All modules functional on Pi Zero-equivalent hardware.
